Products are made to order (print-on-demand). Each one is unique and only created after you order it.
Returns and exchanges are not possible if the wrong size/color was ordered or if you changed your mind.
If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will grant a free reprint or refund.
Claim deadline: 30 days from delivery.
Procedure: Submit a claim via our email trantanadeco@gmail.com with a clear photo showing the problem.
