1) Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Trantana.com and purchasing of products listed on the site. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms and the documents referenced here (Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 or have parental consent. You are responsible for accurate account data and for keeping credentials secure.

3) Products and “Print-on-Demand” Nature

All items are produced after you place an order (print-on-demand). Product images are mockups; minor color/placement variances can occur due to devices, inks, and materials. Sizes follow the listed size guides; tolerances typical for garment and print production apply.

4) Ordering Workflow

Add items to cart and complete checkout.
You will receive order confirmation by email.
Orders enter production shortly after payment authorization.
Because production starts quickly, change/cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If you need to try, contact info@trantana.com immediately.

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices with included tax are shown on product pages and at checkout. Shipping is shown at checkout when applicable. You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by your country.

6) Payments

Payments are processed via WooCommerce Payments (WooPay) and its integrated processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your bank may place a temporary authorization hold.

7) Shipping and Delivery

We ship using print-on-demand production partners. Estimated production and transit times are shown at checkout and in order emails; they are estimates, not guarantees. Multiple items may ship separately. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

8) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (POD policy)

No returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind, because items are custom-made on demand.
Defects or manufacturing errors: report within 30 days of delivery to trantanadeco@gmail.com with a clear photo and order number. If confirmed, we will reprint at no cost or refund. Returning the defective item is not required unless we instruct otherwise.
Packages lost in transit: contact us after checking the carrier status; replacements are issued after investigation.
Provide accurate shipping details; orders returned due to wrong address may require reshipment fees.

9) User Content and Reviews

If you post reviews or upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for site operation and marketing. Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content. We may remove content that violates these rules.

10) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, product artwork, text, and site content are owned by Trantana.com or licensors. No license is granted except as needed to use the site and purchase products. Do not copy, scrape, or resell without written permission.

11) Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, mine data, circumvent technical limits, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

12) Warranties and Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Mandatory legal rights of consumers in the EU/EEA remain unaffected.

14) Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Our print-on-demand products fall into this exception. If we offer any non-custom goods, your withdrawal rights for those items will be described at checkout.

15) Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. We use Google Analytics 4 (without advertising features) only after consent via our cookie banner. See the Privacy and Cookie sections on the site for details.

16) Third-Party Services

Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EEA). Payment processing and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply disruptions, carrier issues, strikes, or natural events.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Courts in Zagreb, Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
